Chapter History

On April 17, 1971, the Zeta Eta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta was colonized on the West Chester Universities campus.  The women of Alpha Xi Delta was founded in the dorm rooms on campus. The chapter began with only 44 women, our current chapter holds 101 women. 

Since our founding, the Zeta Eta chapter has strived to uphold the values of integrity, academic excellence, philanthropy and a strong foundation of sisterhood. 

It was here at West Chester University that we begin to establish friendships that will last our entire lives.  It is in the relaxed social atmosphere of our sorority that many of the closest friendships are formed .
